Introducing our new entity IVM EME Limited, for the Eastern Europe region
Ivanti operated by IVM EME has been responsible for the Ivanti business across all emerging markets since 1st April 2024. To optimize the business, and to better support partners and distributors within the Eastern European market, IVM EME is introducing a new entity in Cyprus.
Your business relationship with IVM EME for Eastern Europe will be migrated to the new entity in Cyprus from 1st January 2025. Please see the attached letter here which explains the novation of your agreements, and the updated Channel Operations Guide that provides details of the new IVM EME Limited entity in Cyprus.
Our goal is to minimize any impact on Partners and Customers during this process. We are committed to invest in your local market and look forward to working with you to manage a seamless transition to the new operating model.

About IVM EME
On March 2nd 2024
IVMEME (an Affiliate of Midis Group) expanded the relationship with Ivanti to cover Africa, Eastern Europe and Middle East.
IVMEME will take responsibility for all Ivanti business across these territories, and operate under “Ivanti, operated by IVMEME”. All distributor and partner agreements will transfer to Ivanti operated by IVMEME, as well existing employees within the territory. We are investing and deploying further dedicated sales, technical and channel management resources within the territory with specialist skills to support partners and customers. As a result,Ivanti and its partner community will see greater focus, agility and support.
Our goal is to maintain strong presence across the territories, and engage with key distributors, partners and customers to drive a seamless transition and maximise the value that customers experience from their Ivanti portfolio. Ivanti operated by IVMEME looks forward to working with you and Ivanti to drive success within the territory.
